| 摘 要： | 为了解精神科及综合医院护理人员的心理健康状况和人格特征 ,我们于 1998年 10月至 1999年 9月对自贡市和攀枝花市两所精神病医院及本市五所综合医院的临床护理人员进行了心理健康及人格特征调查 ,现报道如下。1 对象与方法1.1 对象系目前还从事临床护理工作的护理人员共 510名 ,均为女性 ,其中精神科组 16 6名。综合医院组344名。精神科组年龄 18～ 52岁 ,平均 33.89± 8.6 4岁 ;文化程度 :大专 14人 (8.4 3% )、中专 152人(91.57% ) ;婚姻状况 :未婚 36人 (2 1.6 9% )、已婚119人 (71.6 9% )、离异和丧偶 7人 (4 .2 2 % ) ,再婚 4人 (2 …

| Abstract: | Objective:To examine mental health status and personality characteristics in hospital nurses. Methods:166 nurses in mental hospital and 344 nurses in general hospital were assessed by SCL-90 and MMPI. Results: Scaled scores on SCL-90 and MMPI of the two groups were found to be higher than the Chinese norms. Conclusion:The study revealed poorer mental health among nurses in mental and general hospitals when compared to the general population. |
