Progress in the Detection Method of Aflatoxin B1 Adducts

Aflatoxin B1 as one of the major factors contributing to hepatocellular carcinoma( HCC) . There has been a trend in the study of the relation between aflatoxin B1 exposure and liver cancer by detecting some biomarkers of aflatoxin B1 exposure. With the multidisciplinary development,there,now,are varieties of test methods for detecting biomarkers of aflatoxin B1 exposure. Fortunately,some of these methods with high sensitivity and accuracy make it possibility to study the early low exposure of aflatoxin B1.
