急腹症误诊为急性阑尾炎的原因及临床处理分析

目的:探讨急腹症误诊为急性阑尾炎的原因,提出预防及临床处理措施.方法:回顾某院收治的因急腹症术前诊断为急性阑尾炎,术中证实为误诊的患者临床资料,分析误诊原因及临床处理措施.结果:共有17例术前诊断为急性阑尾炎,术中证实为其他疾病.经积极规范的临床处理后患者均痊愈出院.结论:规范的诊疗措施可以有效减少急腹症误诊为急性阑尾炎,并使误诊患者得到有效治疗.

The reason of acute abdomen misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis and analysis of clinical procedures

Objective:To investigate the reason of acute abdomen misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis,and and to formulate appropriate clinical strategies for management of such patients. Methods:A retrospective analysis of patient cases that underwent surgery treatment at the Chinese Academy of sciences Hefei Cancer Hospital and with complete records were collected.Results:A total of 17 patients of acute abdomen which were misdiagosed as acute appendicitis before operation , Intraoperative findings demonstrated other disease. With prompt treatment, All the patients fully recovered and discharged. Conclusion: Normative diagnosis and treatment can effectively reduce acute abdomen misdiagnosed as acute appendicitis,and make the treatment effective .
