血清胱抑素C对早期肾损伤的诊断价值

摘    要:目的:探讨血清胱抑素C对早期肾损伤的诊断价值.方法:采用免疫比浊法测定150例早期肾病患者的CysC浓度,并与血清尿素、肌酐进行比较,评价CysC反映肾功能早期损害的灵敏度,同时以150例健康人群为对照组.结果:早期肾病组患者的CysC明显高于健康人群对照组(P<0.05),且CysC的灵敏度优于尿素和肌酐.结论:CysC水平的检测有助于早期肾损伤的发现,是肾脏早期肾损害的敏感指标,且CysC的灵敏度优于尿素和肌酐.

Diagnosis value of serum cystatin on early kidney injury
Abstract:Objective:To discuss the significance of serum cystatin C (CysC) as a diagnostic parameter for early kidney injury. Methods:To evaluate the sensitivity of CysC as a clinical indicator of early kidney indury, the CysC plasma concentrations were determined by immunoturbidimetry from the blood samples of 150 patients with early kidney injury. In addition, the measured CysC concentrations were compared to the level of Urea and Creatinine. Blood samples from 150 healthy participants were used as normal control. Results:The CysC concentrations of early kidney injury patients were significantly higher than healthy participants ( P<0.05),and the plasma concentration of CysC is more sensitive diagnostic indicator of early kidney injury than that of Urea and Creatinine. Conclusion:The plasma concentration of CysC is more sensitive diagnosis indicator than that of Urea and Creatinine. Therefore, mea-surement of serum CysC can improve the diagnosis of early kidney injury.
