| Abstract: | It is intended to discuss talents management in hospitals. Experience of personnel management of a hospital has been summarized and analyzed.Talent is the most important resource of the hospital, hospital human re-source configuration model under the new situation to the new change, from the introduction of talent, training, use, and to improve, building systems engineering, with advantages of talent force for hospital development. |
