Hospitals under New Situation of Medical Reform

As pivot and focus of 3rd level public health network within County Public health hospital, it shoulders 70%basic medi-care and public health service. With the deepening of medical reform, elevation of service capabilities of county level hospitals has become an important element in reform. This paper, on the basis of practice and exploration of a county-level hospital, discusses into the service capabilities construction of county level public hospitals.
