基层医院无张力疝修补术108例分析

目的:探讨基层医院行无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝的应用价值.方法:对108例运用补片及网塞进行无张力和充填式腹股沟疝修补术的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果:全部患者随访3~36个月,1例2年后复发、1例于术后10天并发切口积液,2例阴囊血肿,1例在术后1个月出现耻骨结节疼痛.结论:无张力疝修补术治疗腹股沟疝安全、可靠,复发率低住院时间短、费用低,适合在基层医院推广.

108 cases of the treatment of tension-free hernioplasty in primary hospitals

Objective:To discuss the application value of tension-free hernioplasty by local anesthesia in treat-ment of inguinal hernia in primary hospitals. Methods:Retrospective analysis is performed for the clinical data of 108 patients subject to tension-free and filling type inguinal herniorrhaphy by applying patch and mesh plug. Results:The average expense is low for the patients who are in the new rural cooperative medical system;3-36 months' follow-up visit is performed for all patients;1 patient:recur in 2 years;1 patient:complicated by incision effusion 10 days after the operation; 2 patients: hematoma scrotum; 1 patient: tuberculum pubicum pain 1 month after the operation. Conclusion:The treatment of inguinal hernia by tension-free hernioplasty is safe and reliable;the recurrence rate is low;the length of stay is short and the cost is low, so it is applicable to primary hospitals.
