磁性附着体在可摘局部义齿修复中的应用

目的：评价磁性附着体在可摘局部义齿修复中的临床效果。方法：为25例患者采用磁性附着体可摘局部义齿修复,追踪随访,通过对口内、X线的检查和修复体的戴用情况评估患者的满意度。结果：对戴用义齿后进行1-4年的随访,20例对义齿的美观性、稳固性、咀嚼功能及牙周健康均感到满意,5例出现牙龈炎和牙槽骨吸收。结论：磁性附着体可摘局部义齿是一种美观、经济、固位好,且对基牙具有保护的修复方式。

Clinical application of Magnetic attachment in restoration of removable partial denture

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of magnetic attachment on removable partial denture. Methods： Twenty-five cases were restored by removable partial denture with magnetic attachment. After the examination of the function of the dentures, oral tissue, X-ray, the satisfaction to the dentures was evaluated. Results： All patients were followed up for 1 to 4 years. 20 patients were satisfied with the dentures in esthetic, retention, masticatory function and health status of periodontium. 5 patients were found to have gingivitis and alveolar bone absorption. Conclusion： Magnetic attachment removable partial denture is an esthetical, economical restoration which can maintain retention and protect abutments.
