| 摘 要： | 用刀豆蛋白Ａ（ＣｏｎＡ）治疗移植有ＭＡ７３的小鼠可在一定程度上抑制肿瘤，并延长了小鼠生存期。电镜下治疗了小鼠的肿瘤细胞可见程序性死亡倾向，与对照相比，有更多淋巴细胞浸润。

| Abstract: | Concanavalin (ConA) administered to TA2 mice which had been transplanted with mammary adenocarcinoma (MA73) can inhibit tumor growth to some extent. The treatment can prolong survival time in some mice. Under electronmicroscope,morphology of apoptosis can be seen in tumor cells from treated mice,and compared with the control more infiltrating lymphocytes were present around the tumor cells. |
