| 摘 要： | 目的为减少青年非外伤性脑出血患者死亡率，采取积极、有效的抢救措施提供可靠依据。方法对１１１例青年非外伤性脑出血病例进行回顾性分析。结果该病病因繁杂，其中，高血压病（４５％），脑血管畸形（１９８％），血液疾病（１５％）是主要病因。结论积极对因治疗是减少该病死亡率，提高治愈率的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective:To offer reliable evidence for active and effective emergency measures,Which decreases the motality of nontraumatic intracerebral hemorrhage in young adults.Methods:A retrospective analysis was made on 111 young adults with nontraumatic intracerebral hemorrhage.Results:The main causes of the disease were hypertension(45%),arteriovenous maformations(19.8%)and blood disease(15%) among its various factors.Conclusion:Actively strengthening treatment based on its causes is the key to decreasing motality and to increasing healing rate of this disease. |
