| 摘 要： | 目的建立降龙搽剂的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别方中冰片;采用高效液相色谱法同时测定龙血素A和B的含量。结果在薄层色谱中可检出冰片的特征斑点,阴性对照无干扰。龙血素A、B分别在0.2~3.0μg和0.05~0.70μg范围内,进样量与峰面积呈良好线性关系;龙血素A、B的平均回收率分别为99.3%(RSD=2.02%)、95.2%(RSD=1.75%)。结论本文所建标准可用于降龙搽剂的质量控制。 |

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE: To establish the quality standards for Xianglong liniment. METHODS: Borneol was identified with TLC, and the contents of Loureirin A and B in Xianglong liniment were determined with HPLC. RESULTS: The spots characteristic of Borneol were found through TLC detection, with no interference seen against negative control. There was a good linear relationships between sample sizes and peak areas when Loureirin A and B were in respective ranges of 0. 2～ 3. 0μ g and 0. 05～ 0. 70μ g. The average recovery of loureirin A was 99. 3% with RSD of 2. 02% , and that of loureirin B was 95. 2% with RSD of 1. 75% . CONCLUSION: The standard can be used for the quality control of Xianglong liniment. |
