| 摘 要： | 有关＂保大＂、＂保小＂模式的争论一直是＂新农合＂制度选择的焦点,结合甘肃省的实践经验,分析了＂保大＂模式的主要利弊和＂保小＂模式的不可行性,认为就欠发达地区来说,＂保大＂模式是切合实际的,在这一模式下,较低的个人缴费比例对消解＂逆向选择＂具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | There has been concerned whether the CMS should cover outpatient or inpatient medical services.Our results showed the advantages and weaknesses about inpatient service compensation model and infeasibility of outpatient service compensation model in Gansu Province.It is feasible for CMS to cover inpatient services in poor areas.The lower percentage of individual expenditure helps to offset adverse selection. |
