| 摘 要： | 目的:了解安徽省阜阳市农村已婚妇女生殖道感染(RTI)现状及其影响因素,为今后采取干预措施提供科学依据。方法:分层、整群抽取阜阳市农村已婚妇女,进行问卷调查及妇科临床和实验室检查。结果:3 191例调查对象中至少患有一种RTI的人数为1 728人(54.2%),患有≥2种RTI的占48.8%。感染前5位RTI依次为急慢性宫颈炎(32.3%)、细菌性阴道病(11.4%)、念珠菌性阴道炎(3.9%)、滴虫性阴道炎(3.2%)、外阴炎(3.0%)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,农村已婚妇女流产、生产次数多为危险因素;与盆浴相比,淋浴为保护因素。结论:本市农村已婚妇女RTI感染率较高,且受多种因素影响,应切实进行健康教育和定期妇科疾病普查,以降低RTI患病率。 |
