腺性膀胱炎的病因分析及治疗体会

目的探讨腺性膀胱炎的病因并报道我院治疗腺性膀胱炎的体会。方法回顾性分析我院72例腺性膀胱炎患者资料,与同期128例非腺性膀胱炎患者资料对照研究腺性膀胱炎的病因;根据腺性膀胱炎的分型,低危型采用保守治疗（病因治疗）,高危组以病因治疗为基础,采用经尿道电切术联合膀胱灌注治疗（综合治疗）。结果尿路感染（P=0.029）、下尿路梗阻（P〈0.001）、膀胱内异物（P=0.010）均易致腺性膀胱炎的发生;保守治疗60例患者,治疗有效35例（58.3%）,综合治疗37例患者,治愈29例（78.4%）。结论腺性膀胱炎的发生是一个多因素慢性刺激共同作用的结果。根据其分型采取以病因治疗为基础的相应治疗措施可达到较好的疗效。

Analysis of etiological factors and treatment of cystitis glandularis

Objective To evaluate the etiological factors of cystitis glandularis and treatment experience of cystits glandularis.Methods The clinical data of 72 cases of cystitis glandularis and 128 cases of non-cystitis glandularis were analyzed retrospectively.A case-control study was made to find etiological factors of cystitis glandularis;According to the subgroups of cystitis glandularis,the conservative treatment（etiological treatment） was practiced on low-risk subgroup,and the transurethral resection combine instillation which based on the etiological treatment（comprehensive treatment） was practiced on high-risk subgroup.Results Urinary tract infection（P=0.029）,lower urinary tract obstruction（P0.001）,foreign body of urinary bladder（P= 0.010）,they were prone to induce cystitis glandularis;The conservative treatment of 35 cases（within 60 cases） was effectiveness（58.3%）,and 29 cases（within 37 cases） practiced comprehensive treatment were cured（78.4%）.Conclusion It is chronic stimulation of multi-factor induce cystitis glandularis.According to subgroups,the appropirate treatment which based on the etiological treatment would have a nice therapeutic effect.
