精神音乐治疗对延缓慢性精神病患者精神衰退的作用

目的通过药物治疗配合精神音乐治疗和单纯的药物治疗的对比观察，探讨精神音乐治疗在延缓慢性精神病患者衰退中的作用。方法将80例慢性精神病患者随机分为两组，研究组40例用抗精神病药物治疗，配合督促参加精神音乐治疗，对照组40例单纯使用抗精神病药物治疗，并进行为期12周的精神音乐治疗。治疗结果采用护士观察量表进行评定。结果两组12周时，评定结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论研究组采用的抗精神病药物治疗配合精神音乐治疗对延缓慢性精神病患者的精神衰退比单纯的抗精神病药物治疗作用好，证明精神音乐治疗在延缓慢性精神病患者精神衰退具有重要的作用。

The delaying effect of psychic-music therapy on mental deterioration of chronic psychopaths

Objective To compare the difference of therapeutic effect between medication combined treatment of medication and psychic-music, and medication alone, so as to explore the delaying effect of psychic-music therapy on mental deterioration of chronic psychopaths. Methods 80 chronic psychopaths were randomly divided into experimental group （n= 40, receiving combined treatment of medication and psychic-music for 12 weeks） and control group （n= 40, receiving simple antipsychotic treatment）. The therapeutic effect was assessed by Nurses Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation （NOSIE）. Results There were obvious difference on assessment result between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of combined treatment of medication and psychic-music is superior to that of simple antipsychotic treatment, indicating that psychic-music therapy plays an important role in delaying mental deterioration of chronic psychopaths.
