| Abstract: | This article examines sexuality in the institutionalized elderly. It also reviews current research on nursing home staff members and their perceptions of sexuality in nursing homes. Interventions by the nurse practitioner to promote sexuality in nursing homes are explored. Recommendations for future research are discussed. |
