| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨老年性痴呆患者脑电功率及脑涨落图的改变以及对老年性痴呆早期诊断的手段。方法 采用临床记忆量表测定老年性痴呆患者记忆分值，利用脑涨落图技术（ＥＴ）测定脑内神经递质的变化。结果 老年性痴呆患者与同龄常模比较记忆分值降低，脑涨落图Ｓ谱线多项指标异常。结论 老年性痴呆患者记忆障碍，脑内多种神经递质含量异常 。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore changes of power of encephaloelectricity and ET,diagnostic index of senile dementia patients.Method Memory score was measured with clinical memory scale and neurotransmitter was measured with ET technology.Result Memory score of AD was patients significantly lower than control healthy group (P<0.01).Multiple indexes of S spectrum of ET were abnormal.Conclusion Memory score of AD patients is low,contents of neurotransmitters is decrease. |
