| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺血管瘤的临床、影像学表现以及治疗方法,提高临床对肺血管瘤的认识。方法对接受治疗的7例病人的相关资料进行回顾分析。结果7例病人无典型症状,X线无特异性表现,病人均行肺叶切除及楔性切除,术中、术后通过病理检查确诊,无手术死亡。结论肺血管瘤临床少见,术前诊断困难,手术治疗效果良好。

| Abstract: | Objective To study clinical and radiologic characteristic of lung hemangioma and to discuss the diagnosis and treatment of this disease.Methods The reference materials of seven cases with lung hemangioma were analyzed.Results The patients had no typical clinical symptom. Most patients had a lobectomy and others had enucleation. No definite diagnosis was made befoe operation. All patients were well after operation.Conclusion Lung hemangioma is of rare lung tumor and is diffcult to be diagnosed before operation. The prognosis is good. |
