医院用环氧乙烷灭菌周围环境中残留量测定

为了观察医院使用环氧乙烷灭菌时其周围环境中残留量,采用环氧乙烷气体检测仪,在灭菌器周围环境中检测了残留环氧乙烷的浓度。结果,在灭菌器进气之后尚未启动、灭菌器工作状态、打开灭菌器门并抽风30 m in,检测空气中环氧乙烷残留量均在0.669 mg/m3以下,均在国家卫生标准允许范围以内。在灭菌结束时打开柜门,检测空气中环氧乙烷残留量达到5.5 mg/m3,明显超标;从灭菌器内取出灭菌包并打开外包装时的周围空气中和灭菌器在置换阶段排气口附近空气中环氧乙烷残留量在12 mg/m3以上,明显超标。结论,环氧乙烷灭菌器在灭菌期间及排气进行期间空气中环氧乙烷均不超标,在打开灭菌器瞬间和打开灭菌包时周围空气中环氧乙烷残留量超标。

MEASUREMENT OF RESIDUAL AMOUNT OF ETHYLENE OXIDE IN ENVIRONMENT AFTER USE OF IT FOR STERILIZATION IN HOSPITAL

In order to observe the residual amount of ethylene oxide in the environment when it was used for sterilization in hospital,ethylene oxide gas detector was used to measure the residual ethylene oxide concentration in the environment surrounding the sterilizer.Results: The residual ethylene oxide in air before operation of the sterilizer after introducing the gas,during operation of the sterilizer and opening the door of the sterilizer and ventilation for 30 min was all below 0.669 mg/m~3 which was within the allowable range of national sanitary standard.At the time of opening the door of the sterilizer after completion of sterilization,the residual ethylene oxide in air attained 5.5 mg/m~3 which obviously exceeded the allowable limit.The residual ethylene oxide in the environmental air during taking out the sterilized packs from the sterilizer and opening the external wrapping and in the air near the exhust outlet during replacement stage of the sterilizer was over 12 mg/m~3 which obviously exceeded the standard.Conclusions: The ethylene oxide in air during sterilization and progression of gas exhaustion from the ethylene oxide sterilizer did not exceed the allowable standard,while the residual ethylene oxide in environmental air just at the time of opening the sterilizer and opening the sterilized pack exceeded the standard.
