基于HIS的医院预防保健信息一体化管理系统

目的：通过在HIS系统的平台上建立医院预防保健领域信息一体化管理系统，实现对疾病报告和监测管理、慢性病的监测和统计分析、免疫规划和妇幼信息的统计和上报等工作的信息自动化。方法：在医生工作站的平台上建立医院疾病自动实时报告系统（包括孕产妇和5岁以下儿童死亡）。建立专门程序，使门诊日志录入和查询，疾病上报病例监测查询和统计，免疫规划和妇幼信息的统计和上报，为检查传染病漏报为目的而设计的检验科阳性结果统计和查询功能信息自动化。结果深圳市第六人民医院防保领域进入了信息一体化管理的新阶段。结论：在我国医院全面信息化管理的发展趋势下，预防保健领域实现信息一体化管理意义重大。

Hospital preventive information system integration management: based on HIS

Objectives： Build hospital prevention system information integrated management system based on HIS to achieve disease report and monitor management, chronic disease inspection and analysis, epi and maternal and child information analysis and report autumnally. Methods： Built automatic and real time report system in doctor workstation （include MMR and Death under U5）. Modified commands to input outpatient information and searched them to sure the above report was done correctly. The positive re~tlt report in test department was automatically searched to prevent infection disease fail to report. Results： The system was successful. Conclusions： Hospital preventive information system integration management had important means to improve prevent care.
