摘    要:目的观察大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞后小脑皮质neurocan的变化。方法采用Longa的大鼠大脑中动脉内栓线阻断法(MCAO)制备动物模型;用实时定量PCR法检测neurocan表达。结果本研究结果显示持续性大脑中动脉闭塞后,neurocan在小脑皮层有动态表达,第1d和3d较假手术组轻度增高(P0.05),7d、10d和14d较假手术组明显增高(P0.05)。结论大鼠大脑中动脉闭塞后,小脑皮质出现neurocan的动态表达,因此远离梗死灶的相关部位脑组织继发损害机制可能与神经抑制因子有关。

Abstract:【Objective】Purpose Observation of the changes of neurocan in cerebellar cortex after rats middle cerebral artery occlusion.【Methods】Preparation animal model with Longa's Bolt line blocking method(MCAO) in middle cerebral artery of rats;with real-time quantitative PCR method examines the expression of neurocan.【Results】After persistent middle cerebral artery occlusion,neurocan has the dynamic expression in the cerebellar cortex.The 1st day and 3rd day was increased than the sham-operated group(P〈0.05).On the 7d、10th day and 14th day,it was significantly increased than the sham-oprated group(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】After rats's middle cerebral artery occlusion,there are dynamic changes of neurocan in cerebellar cortex.So away from the site of infarction related to secondary damage to brain tissue may be related to the neural inhibitory factor.
