| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进症合并肝损害(Hyperthyroid Liver Injury,HLI)的发病特点、临床相关因素及其防治策略.方法:对1998年至2008年在我院诊治的52例HLI住院患者进行回顾性调查.分析病程中发生肝损害的情况.结果:甲亢控制后肝功能恢复,大多数预后良好.本组中均在15～60天内好转,肝功能恢复或接近正常出院.结论:提高医生对HLI的认识,加强原发病的治疗,合理选用治疗方案,才能减少并预防HLI的发生.

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the characteristics of incidence,clinical factors and control strategies of hyperthyroid liver injury (HLI). Methods:Clinical histories of 52 cases treated in the hospital between 1998 and 2008,were reviewed,especially the liver injury. Results:The liver function recovered after the hyperthyroidism was controlled,and the prognosis was good.
