| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨脑室铸型脑内血肿的有效治疗方法。方法 :对 15例脑内血肿并破入脑室造成脑室铸型的患者 ,行微创血肿抽吸粉碎结合脑室穿刺 ,生理盐水加尿激酶对冲引流的疗效观察 ,并与 2 1例行微创开颅加脑室穿刺的疗效比较。结果 :观察组存活率为 93.33% ,对照组 5 7.14 % ,两组比较有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :微创血肿抽吸粉碎结合脑室穿刺 ,生理盐水加尿激酶对冲引流治疗脑室铸型血肿是一种并发症少、安全有效的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the effective treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage.Method:15 cases of intraventricular hemorrhage received the treatment of microtraumatic drainage and aspiration combined with intraventicular puncture,dissolution with physiological saline and urokinase,the curative effects were compared with 21 cases that received microtraumatic craniotomy and intraventricular puncture.Result:The survival rate was 93.33% in treatment group and 57.14% in control group,there were significant differences between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion:It indicates that it is safe and effective in the treatment of intraventricular hemorrhage. |
