IMD和VEGF及nm23与肺鳞癌组织学分级的关系

摘    要:目的探讨血管密度(IMD)和VEGF、nm23蛋白表达与肺鳞状细胞癌病理组织学分级的相关关系。方法用免疫组织化学法检测25例肺鳞状细胞癌IMD和VEGF、nm23蛋白表达。结果IMD与肺鳞状细胞癌组织学分级相关,低分化鳞癌IMD高于高分化鳞癌(P<0.01);VEGF蛋白表达与肺鳞癌组织学分级相关,低分化鳞癌VEGF表达强于高分化鳞癌(P<0.05);nm23蛋白表达与肺鳞癌组织学分级无相关性。结论IMD和VEGF蛋白表达可能反映肺鳞状细胞癌的组织分级情况,并有助于判断预后,值得今后扩大样本量进一步研究。

Relationship of intratumral microvessel density, VEGF and nm23 with histologic grade of lung squamons cell carcinoma
Abstract:Objective To investigate the histopathological grade value of IMD,expression of VEGF and nm23 in lung squamous cell carcinoma.Method In 25 cases,the expression of VEGF and nm23 and the IMD of lung squamous cell carcinoma were examined using immunohistochemical staining.Result The expression of VEGF and the IMD had a positive correlation with the histopathological grade of lung squamous cell carcinoma.However,the expression of nm23 had no significant influence on the histopathological grade of the lung squamous cell carcinoma.Conclusion IMD and the expression of VEGF may reflect the histopathological features of the lung squamous cell carcinoma,and be benefit for prognostic evaluation,which is worth further study by more samples.
