浙江省城乡社区卫生服务人力资源现状评价

摘    要:目的:了解浙江省社区卫生服务人力资源的现状,分析社区卫生服务人力资源中存在的问题。方法:采用典型抽样方法,问卷调查城乡社区卫生服务机构的人力资源现状。结果:社区卫生技术人员学历和职称偏低,护士数量不足,业务人员工作量变异程度大,农村地区表现尤为突出,44.7%的人员喜欢目前职业,影响因素主要有促进业务提高、工作环境满意、有较多晋升机会、能满足个人志趣、月收入等。结论:针对浙江省城乡社区卫生服务人力资源现状,应进一步优化社区卫生服务团队结构,提高服务技能和稳定社区卫生服务人才队伍。

Abstract:Objectives:master the status of community health service human power in Zhejiang province,and to analysis the important problems existing in community health service human power management.Method:a questionnaire survey was conducted with typical sampling method for understanding the status of community health service human power in city and country of Zhejiang province.Result:technical personnel's educational background of the community health service were low relatively,and the amount of community nurse were lack,as well as the workload variation degree were big among the technical personnel especially in village region,44.7% personnel liked currently occupation,and the impact factors included improving the work ability,satisfying with the work environment,having more opportunity to promote service skill,meeting personal aspiration and month income...etc..Conclusion based on the above.Result:it was suggested that the service team structure of the community health should turn to further excellent,the community health technical personnel's service ability need to be promoted,and the community health service persons troops should be stabilized.
