HBsAg无症状携带者1211例血清检测结果分析

目的 进一步了解HBsAg无症状携带者(ASC)的感染特点,探讨HBsAg滴度与HBeAg、抗-HBe和抗-HBc检出的相关性,为制订ASC的管理措施和消除乙肝传染源提供依据。方法 1 211份HBsAg阳性血清来源于2000年1～12月到我院体检科进行健康体检的人员中筛选出的ASC。HBsAg、HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc检测利用ELASA法。结果 HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc阳性分别为39.31％、37.16％、67.71％,HBsAg滴度与HBeAg、抗-HBe、抗-HBc关系密切,HBeAg以高滴度为主,抗-HBe 则多分布在低滴度者中,抗-HBc的检出随HBsAg滴度的升高而升高;30岁以下青年人中HBeAg检出率明显高于30岁以上中壮年,男女之间差异无显著性。结论 HBsAg滴度高低与HBV传染性强弱密切相关。

Review of blood serum examination of 1211 HBsAg ASC

Objective To further study the character of HBsAg ASC, and review the correlation between HBsAg and HBeAg, anti - HBe and anti HBc. To provide evidence for making the control measures of ASC and getting rid of its infectors. Methods We selected 1211 positive blood serum from the patients who underwent health examination in our hospital from January to December in 2000. And then examined the HBsAg, HBeAg, anti - HBe and anti - HBc with ELASA. Results The positive rate of HBeAg, anti - HBe and anti - HBc are 39.31% , 37. 16% , and 67.71% respectively. There are relationship between HBsAg and HBeAg, anti - HBe, and anti - HBc. HBeAg is mainly of high degree and anti - HBe is mainly of law degree. There are close correlation between HBsAg s degree and anti -HBc. The positive rate of HBeAg of the younger people (age < 30y) is significantly higher than the others' (age > 30y) . There is no significant difference between male and female. Conclusion There is close correlation between HBsAg degree and the infectious ability of HBV.
