摘    要:目的了解荔城区1985-2004年鼠蚤动态情况,科学评估动物鼠疫监测结果。方法用SPSS(11.51)软件包对近19年来荔城区鼠疫监测资料进行统计分析。结果20年间检验出阳性鼠5份,褐家鼠、臭鼩鼱的密度保持相对稳定。黄胸鼠的鼠密度呈现二次高峰,从2000年起又呈现明显上升趋势,并已经接近1986-1990年间黄胸鼠密度。而黄毛鼠密度呈现明显下降趋势,总蚤指数和染蚤率仍保持较高水平。结论虽然荔城区鼠密度呈现逐年下降趋势,但20年来的监测数据显示,还具备鼠疫流行的条件,必须有针对性开展灭鼠灭蚤工作。

Abstract:Objectives To investigate the distribution of the rat flea and evaluate the results of plague surveillance in Licheng District, Putian City, Fujian Province during 1985 ~ 2004. Methods The plague surveillance data in Licheng District was analyzed by software SPSS(11.51). Results Five plague positive rats were identified, the density of Rattus norvegicus and Suncus murinus kept stable during the past 20 years. The density of Rattus flavipectus had 2 peaks and increased since 2000. The proportion of Rattus flavipectus in recent 4 years was similar to that during 1986 - 1990. Both density and proportion of Rattus losea decreased significantly. The total flea index and flea infection rate maintained in a high level. Conclusion Although the density of rat flea in Licheng District decreased year by year during the past 20 year, the surveillance data showed that the natural and social factors in Licheng District allowed plague to prevail. Measures aiming at eradicating rats and fleas should be taken.
