| 摘 要： | 盐酸四环素溶液囊内注射法治疗坐骨结节囊肿68例(男7,女61;年龄54-82yr,平均64±3yr),随访6mo,其中治愈65例(96％),好转3例(4％)。对照组(单纯穿刺抽液)17例中,治愈2例(12％),好转3例(18％),无效12例(70％)。2组相比,有非常显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。我们认为,四环素硬化治疗坐骨结节囊肿是一安全、有效的方法,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Sixty-eight patients (M7, F61; age 64±Syr) with ischial tuberosity cysts were treated with intracapsular injection of tetracycline hydrochloride, 0.5g in normal saline 3 to 5 mL after aspiration, and followed up for 6 mo. Among them, 65 patients (96%) were cured and 3 patients (4%) improved. In the control group (aspiration of the cystic fluid only, n = 17), 2 patients (12%) were cured, 3 patients (18%) improved and 12 patients (70%) ineffective. The statistical significance of the difference between the response rates was very remarkable (P<0.001). We consider tetracycline sclerotherapy is a safe and effective remedy for ischial tuberosity cyst. |
