实验性大鼠颅脑损伤后血清SOD和NO的变化

摘    要:目的 :测定颅脑损伤大鼠伤后不同时间血清中SOD活力和NO的浓度变化 ,探讨其在脑外伤发病机制中的作用及随损伤时间的变化规律。方法 :建立大鼠颅脑损伤动物模型 ,测定损伤后不同时间大鼠血清中的SOD活力和NO浓度变化 ,并与正常对照组进行比较。结果 :观测了SOD活力和NO浓度两项指标在伤后 2 1d血清中的变化情况 ,发现SOD活力在伤后立即下降 ,第 7d时降至最低 ,然后上升 ,直至伤后第 2 1d ;NO浓度在伤后 3h水平降至最低 ,后又上升 ,至伤后第 7d时升至最高水平 ,然后下降 ,至伤后第 2 1d ,基本恢复正常水平。结论 :SOD和NO在颅脑损伤的病理过程中有重要作用 ,且二者在损伤过程中存在一定变化规律 ,可用于法医检案中损伤时间的推测

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the pathology mechanism and changes of SOD and NO in brain contusion. Methods: Brain contusion models were established, blood SOD and NO level of 55 rats was determined. Experimental rats were divided into groups according to the contusion time. Results:The activity of SOD decreased immediately after contusion,came to the lowest point after 7 days, then increased in the following 2 weeks. The density of NO came to the lowest point after 3 h, tthen increased to peak after 7 days, and it came to the same level at 21 day compared to that in the control group. Conclusion:Serum levels of SOD and No can be used to predict the contusion time in traumatic brain injury.
