摘    要:目的 测定冬凌草各部位及不同产地冬凌草叶中总二萜的含量.方法采用紫外分光光度法测定冬凌草提取物中总二萜的含量.结果 建立了测定冬凌草中总二萜含量的方法,并对冬凌草不同部位及不同产地冬凌草叶中总二萜含量进行了测定,叶中含量最高,不同产地叶的含量也有差异.结论 该方法简便、稳定、可靠,可用于冬凌草提取物中总二萜含量的测定.

Abstract:Objective To determine the total diterpenoids of different parts of Rabdosia rubescens and its leaves from different localities.Methods The content of total diterpenoids was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry.Results By determining the total diterpenoids of Rabdosia rubescens,the content was different in different parts and high in the leaves.Conclusion This method is simple,stable and reliable,and can be used to determine the total diterpenoids of Rabdosia rubescens.
