与LC术有关的胆囊动脉解剖

目的：为临床ＬＣ术提供形态学资料。方法：随机选用３０例肝脏标本，经胆囊动脉及门静脉右支注入乳胶后，在６倍大视场显微镜下观察胆囊动脉的起源、行程、及其与肝脏的关系。结果：据胆囊动脉深、浅支行径的不同，将其分为５种类型。其深支可发出肝支和胆囊支，分别供应肝脏和胆囊；并特别对肝支进入胆囊窝的部位进行了观察和统计。胆囊静脉从胆囊窝底注入门静脉右支，而部分门静脉右支位置表浅，参与组成了胆囊床。结论：处理胆囊窝时，尤应重视胆囊动脉肝支和位置表浅的门静脉右支的存在，以防止出血。

The anatomy of cystic artery on lapaarosecope cholecystectomy

Objective:The aim of this study was to provide morphology data for LC.Methods:Thirty adult livers were studied as well as the relationship with liver and the right branch of the portal vein, in which the latex was poured, were dissected and observed under 6x manifier.Results:According to the course of the branches, superficial and deep branches sent out the hepatic and the cystic branches entering into liver and gallbladder.Especialy theposition of the hepatic branches piercing into the gallbladder fossa were observed and the number of the branches were counted.The cystic veins converged into the right branches of the portal vein through the base of the gallbladder fossa.Some right branches of the portal vein were superficially located in the gallbladder fossa and participated in the formation of the fossa.Conclusions:Special attention should be paid for the possible existence of heptic branches of cystic artery and superficial right branches of the portal vein in the gallbladder fossa to avoid bleeding during operation.
