桑植县2002-2007年狂犬抗体检测结果分析

目的了解桑植县在过去的几年内犬咬伤人群接种狂犬病疫苗后抗体产生的情况。方法对桑植县2002-2007年狂犬抗体检测结果进行分析。结果在2 523例接种人员中,2 378人抗体阳性,总的阳性率为94.25%;男性和女性的阳性检出率分别为93.34%和95.35%,男女性别间对狂犬疫苗免疫应答的差异显著（P〈0.05）;2002-2007年人群抗体阳性率年度之间差异显著（P〈0.05）;液体疫苗接种的抗体阳性率为84.53%,冻干人用狂犬病疫苗接种的患抗体阳性率为97.65%,两者之间差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论桑植县居民狂犬病疫苗接种后狂犬抗体检测率仍不算高,有待进一步提高。

Analysis OH Experiment Results of Antibody Against Rabies Virus of Exposed Population in Sangzhi County During the Period of 2002～2007

Objective To evaluate the immune effectiveness of rabies vaccine in Sangzhi County in the past few years. Method The results of antibody against rabies virus test in Sangzhi County during the period of 2002-2007 were retrospectively analyzed. Results Among the 2,523 postexposure vaccinated individuals, 2,378 were antibody positives and the positive rate was 94.25 %. The positive rates in males and females were 93.34 % and 95.35 % respectively （P〈 0.05）. The antibody positive rates were significantly different among the years of 2002- 2007 （P〈 0.05）. The antibody positive rate after aqueous vaccine inoculation was 84.53 %, while the antibody positive rate after freeze dried vaccine inoculation was 97.65 96 （ P〈 0.05）. Conclusions The rabies postexposure vaccination antibody test rate warrants further enhancement in Sangzhi County.
