| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性乳腺炎的临床研究。方法：采用回顾性分析的方法,分析本院收治的急性乳腺炎患者的临床资料。结果：观察组患者的退热时间、红肿消失时间、热痛消失时间均明显短于对照组,P〈0.05,观察组临床治疗有效率明显高于对照组,P〈0.05,差异均有统计学意义。结论：中西医结合治疗急性乳腺炎患者,临床症状和疗效均明显改善,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To approach clinical research of acute mastitis by combination of TCM with western. Methods：To retrospective analyze the clinical data of acute mastitis patients in our hospital.Results：The pyretolysis time,flare disappear time,thermalgia disappear time of detection group were lower than control group,P〈0.05.The clinical curative effect of detection group were better than control group,P 〈0.05.The difference was statistical significance.Conclusion：The clinical symptom and curative effect of acute mastitis by combination of TCM with western are obviously improved,which is to be used. |
