X线头影测量四边形分析法可信度的初步研究

摘    要:目的:对DiPaolo四边形分析法的可信度进行初步研究。方法:对102例恒牙期正常牙合人的X线头颅侧位片,按DiPaolo四边形分析法的指标进行测量,并对测量指标进行统计分析。结果:上颌基骨长(A'-Ptm')与下颌基骨长(B'-J')间存有显著性差异;上颌基骨长和下颌基骨长分别与前下面高(ALFH)、后下面高(PLFH)和均高(LFH)间无相关关系。结论:对DiPaolo所建立的A'-Ptm'=B'-J'=ALFH+PLFH2这一分析面下1/3骨骼的比例式的可信度有待进一步研究。

Abstract:Objective:To evaluate the credibility of Di Paolo's quadrilateral analysis.Methods:In terms of Di Paolo's quadrilateral analysis,the five indexes of lateral cephalogram in 102 cases with norml occlusion of the permanent dentition were measured.The data related to the proportional equation were computerized and ananlysed statistically.Results:Statistically significant difference existed between the maxillary and mandibular bony arch length.There were no relevant ties of the maxillary and the mandibular bony arch length with the anterior lower facial height (ALFH),the posterior lower facial height (PLFH)and the average height of both (LFH) respectively.Conclusion:Di Paolo's proportional formula,the maxillary bony arch length=the mandibular bony arch lenght=(ALFH PLFH)/2,is questionable at least for Chinese people with normal occlusion of permanent dentition.
