| 摘 要： | 目的：研究舌癌细胞系Ｔｃａ８１１３以及该细胞系在裸鼠体内脑转移细胞亚系（Ｔｂ）的凝集素受体和一些癌基因及抑癌基因蛋白的表达特点，探讨可能与Ｔｂ细胞转移有关的机理。方法：对Ｔｃａ８１１３细胞及Ｔｂ细胞亚系的细胞涂片进行常规ＡＢＣ法染色。结果：Ｐ５３、Ｐ１６和ＣＤＫ４蛋白在两种细胞中的表达情况不同，而Ｎｍ２３、Ｈ－ｒａｓ蛋白和各种凝集素在两种细胞中的表达情况无明显差别。结论：Ｐ５３和Ｐ１６蛋白可能与Ｔｂ细胞的转移能力有关

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the expression of agglutinin receptor and oncogenic and antioncogenic protein in tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cell lines(T) and it's nude mice brain metastatic carcinoma sublines (Tb). Methods: The expression of agglutinin receptors and oncogenic and antioncogenic proteins in tongue squamous cell carcinoma Tca8113 cell lines and Tb sublines were investigated by immunohistochemical staining. Results: Both cells showed strong expression of ConA, DBA, UEA and WGA receptors, medium of RCA and SBA, and negative of PNA. Mutant type P53 protein expression in T cells was stronger than that in Tb cells, P16 and CDK4 were weaker; Nm23 was similar, and H ras negative in both. Conclusion: Expression of P53 mt and P16 may be associated with invasive and metastatic capacity of Tb cells. |
