基于CiteSpace的近10年我国患者安全领域研究热点的可视化分析

目的通过分析近10年我国患者安全领域的相关文献，梳理此领域的研究热点及前沿发展趋势，为后续研究提供参考。方法检索2009年-2018年中国知网核心期刊、CSSCI和CSCD中主题为“患者安全”或“病人安全”的相关文献，利用CiteSpace软件对纳入文献进行分析。结果共纳入474篇文献，高频关键词有安全管理、患者安全文化、护理安全、手术室、不良事件和用药安全等，突现词有安全管理、护理安全、风险管理、跌倒和影响因素。结论近10年国内患者安全领域相关研究呈增长趋势，学术共同体少。医疗安全、护理安全、患者安全文化和不良事件等是研究热点，风险管理、跌倒、安全影响因素是研究前沿领域。

The Citespace Based Visualizational Analysis on Hotspots of Patient Safety in China in Recent Ten Years

Objective This study aimed to analyze the hotspots and frontier development trends in the field of patient safety in China in recent ten years to provide evidence for further studies.Methods Literatures on patient safety were searched in core journals in CNKI,CSSCI and CSCD from 2009 to 2018.Statistical analysis was conducted by the Citespace software.Results A total of 474 literatures were included.Safety management,patient safety culture,nursing safety,operating room,adverse events and medication safety,etc.were high-frequency keywords.Safety management,nursing safety,risk management,fall and influencing factors were burst terms.Conclusion The research of patient safety was showing a growth trend in recent 10 years with few communities.Medical safety,nursing safety,adverse events and patient safety culture were the hotspots.Risk management,fall and influencing factors of safety were the forefront field.
