剖宫产术后早孕人工流产与药物流产治疗效果的比较

目的比较剖宫产术后早孕人工流产与药物流产治疗效果。方法将我院100例剖宫产术后早孕要求终止妊娠的患者采用人工流产与药物流产，比较其效果。结果药流组患者在宫颈松弛度显著好于人流组，手术时间、出血量、手术并发症、手术失败显著少于人流组，以上差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论药流具有痛苦小、无手术创伤等优点，患者易于接受，采用米非司酮配伍米索前列醇终止剖宫产后早孕可加强子宫收缩，促进妊娠囊及宫内残留组织迅速排出，缩短出血时问，减少出血量。
