摘    要:目的优选黄连的提取工艺。方法以小檗碱提取率为考察指标,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。采用正交试验与比较试验相结合的方法,对提取工艺进行优选。结果提取次数对考察指标具有显著影响。结论确定黄连最佳提取工艺为:药材粉碎度10目,加60%乙醇回流提取3次,每次提取1h,加醇量为9、8、8倍。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction conditions of Rhizoma Coptidis.Methods The extraction conditions were studied with orthogonal test L9(34) and comparison test,and the content of berberine was determined by HPLC as index.Results Frequency of extraction was remarkable factor in the test.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology for Rhizoma Coptidis was shattering to 10 meshes,backstreaming and boiling the materials for 3 times in 60% ethanol,the volume of which was 9 times,8 times,8 times the weight of...
