| 摘 要： | 人乳头瘤病毒与宫颈癌的发生密切相关，是引起宫颈癌的主要因素。随着分子生物学技术与流行病学的研究与发展，对hpv导致宫颈癌发生的基因特征和致癌机制也在不断地深入。本文综述了近年来hpv主要基因亚型与宫颈病变之间的关系，以及其致癌机制等方面的研究进展。

| Abstract: | Human papillomaviruses （HPV） are the most common on sexually transmitted viruses in the world. The certain types of HPV are involved in the development of cervical cancer which is the second most common cause of cancer-related death in women worldwide. And it is almost always associated with HPV. This paper discusses the contribution of HPV genotypes to the risk of cervical cancer, and the recent research of mechanism that how the HPV DNA cause cervical diseaase. |
