| 摘 要： | 目的优选胃瘤消颗粒的提取工艺。方法采用正交试验法，以加水量、提取时间、提取次数作为考察因素，以有效成分黄芪甲苷、补骨脂素与异补骨脂素的含量为考察指标，对提取工艺进行筛选。结果最佳提取工艺为加14倍量水，超声提取3次，每次0．5h。结论经正交试验设计优化的提取工艺合理可行。
