| 摘 要： | 目的采用高效液相色谱法测定当归养血丸中阿魏酸的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱法，Diamonsi1ODS1C18色谱柱，以乙腈-0．085％磷酸溶液（17：83）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长316am。结果阿魏酸在0．6494～6．494μg范围内呈良好线性关系，回归方程为y=354596．72X＋5347．81，r=0．9999。平均加样回收率98．8％，RSD=0．89％（n=6）。结论本方法简便、准确，专属性强，测定结果重复性好，为当归养血丸中阿魏酸的定量分析提供了有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish the method for detemining the content of Ferulic acid in Danggui Yangxue Wan by HPLC. Methods HPLC method was adopted on Diamonsil ODS1 C18 column, with acetonitrile-0.085% phosphoric solution （17 ： 83） as the mobile phase, detection wavelength as 316 rim, and flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Results The calibration curve was linear at the range of 0.6494-6.494μg for Ferulic acid and linear equation was Y=354 596.72X＋5 347.81, r =0.999 9. The average recovery was 98.8% and the related standard deviation （RSD） was 0.89% （n =6）. Conclusion This method was simple, accurate and proper, and the reduplication of the result was good. It provides effective method for quantitative analysis of Ferulic acid in Danggui Yangxue Wan. |
