| 摘 要： | 目的观察四物汤配方颗粒汤剂对化学损伤性血虚小鼠免疫器官的影响,比较两者的疗效。方法用四物汤配方颗粒汤剂对联合注射乙酰苯肼和环磷酰胺引起的化学损伤性血虚症小鼠模型灌胃处理后观察胸腺指数、脾脏指数的变化。结果四物汤配方颗粒汤剂不同剂量组均有不同程度的升高胸腺指数、脾脏指数的作用。结论四物汤配方颗粒汤剂具有明显保护免疫器官损伤的作用。
