复方甘草酸苷联合甲硫氨酸维B1治疗慢性乙型肝炎120例疗效观察

目的：观察复方甘草酸苷（美能）联合甲硫氨酸维B1治疗慢性乙型肝炎的l临床疗效。方法：对我院2008年1月至2009年10月诊断为慢性乙型肝炎的120例住院患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组60例用美能联合甲硫氨酸维B1，对照组60例用硫普罗宁联合甲硫氨酸维Bl，两组进行疗效对比分析。结果：两组基本资料相似，具有可比性。治疗组在肝功能指标恢复与对照组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05），在症状、体征的改善方面差异也有显著性田〈0．05）。治疗组疗效显著优于对照组。结论：美能联合甲硫氨酸维B1治疗慢性乙型肝炎具有较高疗效，而且临床应用安全。

Therapeutic Efect of Compound Glycyrrhizin and Methionine and Vitamin B_1 on the chronic hepatitis B patients

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect compound glycyrrhizin and Methionine and Vitamin B1 on the chronic hepatitis B patients. Methods 120 patients suffered from the chronic hepatitis B patientsJan.2008 and Oct. 2009 were randomly sorted out into treatment group and control group. Treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin andMethionine and Vitamin B1, control group was treated with Thiopronine and Methionine and Vitamin B1. The effect was analysized by X2 test. Results The two group were similar in base--line data. There were significant differences in liver function between the two groups f P 〈0. 05）. There were significant differences in improvement of symptoms and sings between the two groups （P〈O.05）. The effect at treatment group was markedly exeeUed than the control.Conclusion Compound glyeyrrhizin andMethionine and Vitamin B1 were characteristic of both safe and well therapeutic effect on the chronic hepatitis B patients
