紫参胶囊喷雾干燥制粒工艺研究

摘    要:目的优选紫参胶囊喷雾干燥制粒最佳工艺条件。方法采用正交试验法,以大黄素含量及制得颗粒质量为评价指标。结果优选的最佳工艺条件是:喷雾速度15kg/h,雾化压力0.2MPa,进风温度110℃,物料温度65℃。结论正交试验优选出的最佳喷雾干燥制粒工艺合理、可靠,可用于紫参胶囊制备。

Abstract:Objective To select the optimum conditions for spraying and dry granulation of Zishen capsules. Methods The process was studied by orthogonal experimental design, with emodin content and granular mass as evaluation indexes. Results The optimum technological condition was determined: to spray at the speed of 15 kg/h and at atomization pressure of 0.2 MPa, the air temperature was 110 ℃and materiel temperature was 65 ℃. Conclution The optimum technological condition is reasonable and reliable, and can be used for Zishen capsules preparation.
