| 摘 要： | 目的调查宁波市有害生物防治业（PCO）的现状与服务质量,提高病媒生物防制质量与水平。方法统计PCO公司年审表;抽查现场病媒生物防制和乡（镇、街道）经费投入;评价服务质量的管理。结果宁波市PCO协会有企业会员40家,管理和操作人员704名。2008、2009年营业总额分别为3333万元和4119万元。其中,药械销售、特殊行业、一般单位营业额均有不同程度的增加。市场化运作乡（镇、街道）增加了20个,营业额增加了492万。年审表填写内容与实际情况符合率为98.40%,试卷调查满意率为96.75%。乡（镇、街道）平均投入21.93万元,略低于年审乡（镇、街道）平均经费。以PCO公司自身服务管理制度建立和执行情况,各级组织检查考核结果,及群众满意度等综合评价防治效果,基本能反映日常的防制水平。结论宁波市PCO发展势头良好,这与政府大力倡导、支持市场化运作和有效服务质量管理是分不开的。
