| 摘 要： | 目的研究李光荣教授治疗多囊卵巢综合征（PCOS）的治疗规律。方法将李教授诊治的PCOS患者共54例638诊次的病历采用结构化病历模板录入数据库，用名老中医临床诊疗信息采集系统软件对数据进行统计分析。结果李教授应用频次高的治法有补肾、活血、调肝、健脾等；应用频次高的基本方有自拟补肾汤、泽兰汤、逍遥散、六味地黄丸、苍附导痰汤等；应用频次高的药物有当归、白芍、淫羊藿、益母草、柴胡等19味药；应用药物种类最多的是补肾药，其次为调肝药、活血药、健脾药。结论李教授治疗PCOS注重顾护阴血和补肾、调肝、健脾，治疗以补肾活血为基础，强调情志因素的致病作用。
