| 摘 要： | 目的：观察护理干预对剖宫产术后排气的影响，提高临床护理水平。方法：选取我院自2009年3月～2010年6月收治的160例剖宫产术后的产妇随机分为观察组（护理干预组）和对照组（一般护理组）各80例，比较两组产妇的术后排气情况。结果：观察组与对照组从排气时间、排尿时间、排便时间、下床时间各方面比较均有显著性差异（p〈0.01），具有统计学意义。结论：护理干预可以缩短剖宫产患者术后的排气时间，促进其旱日康复。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the exhaust of nursing intervention on the impact of cesarean delivery, improve clinical care standards. Methods： in our hospital from March 2009～june 2010 160 cases were treated after cesarean section maternal randomly divided into two groups （nursing intervention group） and control group （normal care group） of the 80 patients, comparing two group of mothers after discharge situation. Re- suits： The observation group and control group from the exhaust time, voiding time, voiding, ambulation time were significantly different aspects of difference （P 〈0.01）, with statistical significance. Conclusion： The cesarean section nursing interventions can reduce the exhaust of time patients to promote their speedy recovery. |
