| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨Lev氏病的心电图表现、心脏超声特征及临床意义。方法 对20例Lev氏病的心电图表现及心脏超声特征进行分析。结果 心电图可表现为双侧束支(包括分支)传导阻滞。超声心动描记术检查均有瓣膜或／及瓣环钙化。结论 老年人心电图出现双侧束支传导阻滞，超声心动描记术检查有心脏瓣膜或／及瓣环钙化，排除其他原因的器质性心脏病可考虑Lev氏病。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate manifestation of electrocardiogram and echocardiography of Lev's disease and their clinical significance. Methods Electrocardiogram and echocardiography were reviewed in a total of 20 cases with Lev's disease. Results Each case of Lev's disease has bifascicular block on electrocardiogram and calcification of valve and / or valvular ring on echocardiograph. Conclusion Lev's disease should be considered in old patients with bundlebranch block on electrocardiogram and calcification of valve and / or valvular ring on echocardiography after ruling out other organic heart diseases.
