| 摘 要： | 目的探讨结节性硬化症的影像学检查方法，提高放射科医师对本病的认识。方法对1例因外伤就诊的结节性硬化症病人进行了平片、CT检查及详细体检。结果该病人有面部血管纤维瘤、鲨鱼皮样斑、室管膜下结节钙化、皮层结节钙化、双肾错构瘤并左侧出血，确诊为结节性硬化症。结论放射科医师必要时应亲自观察、检查病人，以便得出有利于临床确诊、治疗的诊断和建议。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the best method of the imaging examination for tuberous sclerosis complex (TSC) and improve the knowledge of radiologist and technician for TSC. Methods The plain film, computed tomography and detailed physical examination had performed to a patient, who was a TSC and saw the doctor since trauma. Result The patient had been diagnosed as TSC, for he has the vascular-fibroma in his face, sharkskin-like speckle, calcification of subendymal nodule, calcification of the patterns of cortical tubers and hamartoma of two kidneys. Conclusion Radiologist and technician should to exam the patient in person if necessary. So can make worthy advices to the physician. |
