| 摘 要： | 目的 评价 60 %泛影葡胺、碘海醇和优维显 3 0 0临床应用的安全性 ,以最好的效能价格比选择对比剂。方法 分别观察 60 %泛影葡胺、碘海醇及优维显 3 0 0于螺旋CT增强扫描 10 6例、12 0例和 2 3 0例 ,比较其不良反应和图像质量。结果 60 %泛影葡胺、碘海醇与优维显 3 0 0轻、中度不良反应发生率分别为 5 .7%、1.7%和 2 .6%。三种对比剂均未发生严重不良反应。应用三种对比剂所获图像质量均达到诊断要求。结论 60 %泛影葡胺应用于非高危人群是相对安全的

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical safety of 60% meglucamine diatrizoate, iohexol and ultravist. Contrast media was chosen in optimal price efficiency ratio. Methods One hundred and six patients administered with 60% meglucamine diatrezoate,120patients with iohexol, 230 patients with ultravist were examined by spiral CT. The adverse reactions of contrast and image quality were reviewed and compared with each other. Results The incidence of mild middle adverse reactions of 60% meglucamine diatrezoate, iohexol and ultravist was 5.7%,1.7% and 2.6%, respectively. The image quality of the patients administered with three types of contrast was good. Conclusion 60% meglucamine diatrezoate is relatively safe in patients without hypersensitivity. |
